1. Job Description

• Instructional Delivery: Teach English language classes in accordance with the center’s curriculum and teaching methodologies.
• Lesson Planning: Collaborate in the development of lesson plans and teaching materials that align with the established curriculum.
• Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and effective learning environment through effective classroom management practices.
• Student Assessment: Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing regular reports on academic development.
• Student Support: Assist students throughout the learning process by addressing inquiries, clarifying concepts, and providing motivation.
• Professional Development: Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance teaching skills and professional competencies as required.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Academic Affairs department to continuously improve teaching quality.
• Additional Duties: Perform other related tasks as assigned by the center.

2. Job Requirements

• Educational Background: Possess a bachelor’s degree or be currently enrolled in a degree program in English, English Education, English Language, or related fields.
• Certification: Holding an English teaching certification (TESOL, TEFL, CELTA) is an advantage.
• Communication Skills: Demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
• Teaching Experience: A minimum of 6 months of English teaching experience is preferred.
• Personal Attributes: Passionate about teaching, patient, and responsible; energetic with a genuine love for working with children.
